Fear

I realize that fear has been having a hold on me.

And it has just been grabbing me and swallowing me whole. It isn’t easy at all!

And I can’t let that happen anymore.

I must stand up and fight even when it gets hard because it will.

We must stand and fight and not give up, even in the darkest of days.

Even when the voices drown out our own thoughts.

We can’t just let the enemy swing us around and let our flesh scream for pleasure.

We must flee from sin.

Hate our sin.

Repent and really mean it.

I know I sin. We all sin.

We must take it back boldly to the throne of our Lord and Savior.

We can’t keep wallowing in our puddle of sin.

We shall NOT BE AFRAID.

Run from fear and anxiety.

Get up and keep going.

Keep praising, singing, and dancing.

Walk boldly in faith and obedience.

Remain stable.

We must keep getting out and spreading the truth.

And sharing the Gospel as much as we can.

We need to be the Hands and Feet of Jesus.

Read and Breathe The Word of God more than ever.

Pray.

Fast.

Make disciples.

Repent.

And love one another.

Let us all prepare for the return of Jesus Christ.

God didn’t give us a spirit that makes us weak and fearful. HE gave us a spirit that gives us power and love. It helps us control ourselves. NIV
